MT. KILIMANJARO CAKE



I love how a mismatched stack of cakes can be transformed!

Stack and carve cakes



Cover with gray fondant and form ridges gently with ball tool. Attach white cotton candy to middle of cake with butter cream to form clouds but note!: Add "snow" as close to delivery time as possible. I put the first batch on the night before and by the morning, almost all of the cotton candy had disintegrated! (I think the air conditioner was the culprit!) Cut a piece of white fondant as a topper for "snow-capped mountain."
