Here is the fondant bow I taught my advanced class to make.




This student (a mere nine years old!!) should be a poster child for cake decorating class! She's so good!


The beginning of a good flower...the icing's consistency (thickness) is a key element! (Good job, Brittany!)



But an icing that is too thin results in a flower that looks like it would be perfect in Whoville!   : )




Here is Maria, a sweet, sweet student!

 And here is Janice (left), whose laugh is wonderfully infectious and a joy to have in class, and my talented daughter, Brittany (right).
